Medical Weight Loss Program:
We recommend our Medical Excess Weight Loss Program for people who want a physician-supervised plan that also uses coaching and/or therapy to support them through their weight loss to make life changes that can keep the weight off for life!

We also believe this program is highly effective without the use of prescription weight loss medications.

This program, with the use of life coaching, is both unique and highly effective for people motivated to lose weight but who can't seem to do it on their own.  Another benefit of our Weight Loss Program is the individual attention each client receives.  Unlike many in-and-out-the-door weight loss clinics, our medical staff, including Dr. Bouda and our Nurse Practitioner are available for consultation in person, by phone or email when you need their support.

Our Staff presents brilliant 30-minute education sessions each Saturday at 10 a.m. in our meeting room.  They will rock your life and provide what you need to take off and keep off your weight for life!
